Designing and building educational facilities is the largest component of Cottrell and Vermeulen’s portfolio. We have completed more than 50 projects, commissioned by at least 38 local authorities and schools in the independent, faith and state sectors. Our high number of repeat commissions is a testament to our commitment to the vision, ethos, practical requirements and resources of each client. This track record is reflected in our triple win of the prestigious Building Design Education Architect of the Year Award (2011, 2016 and 2018), including the BD AYA Schueco Gold Award in 2016.
